Just Kiddin

Last weekend we had the pleasure of attending the wedding and very unique reception of our sweet friends Jake and Patty (affectionately known as PB&J). They are the kind of people that you can't help but like. There is not one bad thing you could say about either of them. Love these two! The reception was held at The Gramophone, which is a small bar they had rented out that features a lot of live bands. Jake, his brother Craig, and a few of their friends have a band also, so they got up on stage for an hour or so and rocked out. It was so fun!

Jake and Patty are absolutely perfect for each other and I wish them a lifetime of happiness together!

Alex's first birthday party

We celebrated our lil man's first bday this weekend, and I have to say, I think the party was a major success. Everything was perfect! We could not have asked for a better day weather-wise, our family and friends were all there to celebrate with us, and he tore into his smash cake like only Alex would. Thank you to everyone that came out and helped us celebrate his first year! We are so blessed to have this lil guy in our lives and love him more and more each day. Xoxo

Lil dude is walking up a storm

Alex has been walking all over the place for the past couple weeks now. Guess you can say he started walking right at 11.5 months. Yay! WTG A Baby!

These vids were taken a couple weeks ago and although we had a few busted lips, bitten tongues, and various other wipeouts those first few weeks, he's already quite a bit more steady on his feet. I'm sure that is just the start of all the injuries to come when you have a lil boy though...
